Hey Reader,

I've been in the lab for the past few weeks. There have been two major projects that I've been consumed with.

Project #1: 30-day Authentic Influence daily podcasting challenge

It kinda started with a tweet:

I've been thinking of experimenting with a daily podcast for a while. Well, ever since I attempted it previously and failed miserably.

So this felt like the perfect time to do it.

This is the DM I sent to Andrew:

Andrew consequently accepted me into his group. So the pressure accountability was on!

The key to winning anything is to set yourself up to be successful, so that meant simplifying and reducing complexity (potential blocks) as much as possible.

With that in mind, here's what I decided:

  • Use Anchor.fm to record and publish the majority of episodes. So I don't need to mess around with hiring and paying for an editor. Anchor automatically pushes all published episodes to Apple Podcasts, Stitcher, Spotify, and other popular podcasting platforms.
  • Report to Andrew's group daily by posting a progress update in their forum, and respond to 1-2 members' updates as well (give encouragement).

Here's how my first week went:

Whilst I missed a day, I'm pretty happy with this!

Project #2: Learning a new AI-driven copywriting tool

Back in Sept 2019, I recorded a podcast episode where I posted the question - Will Ai replace copywriters?

https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/secure.notion-static.com/4b5e8e89-f172-4fb1-9303-f022ac3e5dcb/will-ai-replace.png

I posited then that, whilst the AI tools that I had seen at the time were producing super low-quality writing (if you could even call it that), it would only be a matter of years before the quality would be high.

The time has arrived.

Check out my AI copywriting software review and demo below to see what I mean. Prepare to be blown away Reader.

Here are this week’s 5 resources:

  1. Save Time Writing Content with AI Copywriting Software

Want to cut down the time it takes to write articles, social media posts, emails, and ads?

In this 60-min video, I give a walkthrough and live demo of a new AI Copywriting Software that I've been testing.

It's literally halved the time that I usually take to write articles, and in this demo, I show you how to go from an idea to 400-word written article in just 20 mins (seriously).

2. The three types of burnout and how to cope with them by Ness Labs

"Burnout has been traditionally defined as a combination of exhaustion, cynicism, and inefficiency. When we are burned out, we don’t have the emotional energy to invest ourselves into work, we distance ourselves from colleagues and customers, and we may feel incompetent as a result.

While the dimensions of exhaustion, cynicism and inefficiency give us a good idea of all the ways burnout can affect us, they don’t address why some people are affected differently. Why is it that two people in a similar role, with similar team support, and similar levels of pressure react differently to burnout?

A team at the Department of Psychiatry from the University of Zaragoza in Spain decided to design a more helpful framework to understand the many subtypes of burnout, based on how we cope when burning out."

3. Marketing that works: Giving away valuable free content with James Michael

How much content should you be giving away for free? Should you be giving away the farm?

In this episode, we take a look at one marketing strategy that has worked really well for business owner James Michael, CEO of Justified Talent.

4. How do I sell my high ticket coaching program to my free community?

In this episode, women's leadership & transformational coach and facilitator Lina Mbirkou asks - "What's the best way to offer my high-ticket program to my community? Should I offer some lower-priced workshops in between?"

To help answer this question, I invited successful book publishing coach Natasa Denman to share what's worked for her high-ticket programs. I also offer some of my own insights. Enjoy!

Parting Thoughts

We are indeed in exciting times, where technology is acting both as:

  • A catalyst for leveling the playing field - where individual Creators like you and I can produce and distribute content like traditional media companies (without needing access to all their financial resources and relationships); and
  • An aid for pulling us out of the mundane, repetitive tasks and unlocking our creativity. eg. Instead of spending hours of your time drafting content, you can instead shift your focus on the quality of what is being produced and published. As well as distributing that content and getting it in front of the right people who will resonate with it.
